Privacy notice
SICOROBO is a robot information archive and collects only what is needed to run the service.
| What we collect | Members: email, password hash (the password itself is not stored), optional display name, sign-up and login times. Cases board: the case or opinion text you enter, the role you pick when commenting (supplier/expert), and any contact details you choose to give. |

| What is public | Only your display name, the text of cases and opinions, and the role badge on opinions are public. Email and contact details are never shown publicly; only the site admin can see them. |
| Why | Login, running the board, preventing spam and abuse, and passing on contact details at the admin’s discretion. |
| Connection data | For spam prevention we store only a salted hash of your IP address, never the IP itself. |
| Cookies | Only a login cookie (HttpOnly, Secure, 14 days), a form security cookie and a language cookie. No advertising or tracking cookies. |
| Retention & deletion | You can delete your account yourself from the My account page. Deleting removes the account, sessions and saved items; your posts are hidden and their contact details erased. |
| Sharing | We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. |
| Not yet available | Email verification and password-reset emails are not available yet. A forgotten password cannot be recovered. |
